At Newmark Knight Frank, our standards are best in class. We’ll do everything we can to see our clients flourish, and we’ll handle your property as if were our own. We begin every relationship by developing a comprehensive management plan, including the implementation of the following strategies within the first 30 days.

Tenant Meetings – We establish relationships with all tenants, notifying them of the change in management, obtaining contact information, etc.

Lease Administration – We review and process all lease agreements, acquire current rent roll and delinquency reports, etc.

Property Budget – Obtain and review operating budgets for current and preceding year.

Operating Systems – Assess all building operating systems and generate a full-building report, including:

  • HVAC (including BAS and preventive maintenance)
  • Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP)
  • Building structure and roof
  • Life Safety/Security
  • Lighting/Re-lamping

Contract Review/Compliance – Review and evaluate all current service contracts and related emergency procedures, if available. Notify service contractors of change in management.
